Borelli Investment Company Begins Multi-Restaurant Retail Development in Fontana

Borelli Investment Company has announced that ground has been broken on a $5 million, 7,500 sq. ft., single-building development that will provide space for a handful of restaurants adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn at 10543 Sierra Avenue in Fontana. City of Fremont Preps for 850-Acre ‘Innovation Center’ Development

Following Fremont City Council’s approval last week of the Warm Springs/South Fremont Community Plan and its environmental impact report, the city is now moving to kick-start an 850-acre planned development—dubbed “Innovation District”—surrounding the new, under-construction Warm Springs/South Fremont BART station. Borelli Starts Work on Cupertino Retail Center

Borelli Investment Company anticipates starting construction this week on Saich Way Station, a roughly 15,000-square-foot, $10.4 million retail center at 2803 Stevens Creek Blvd. at Saich Way. The work follows the securing of a $6.4 million construction loan obtained through Heritage Bank, said Ralph Borelli, chairman of San Jose-based Borelli Investment Co.
