Bay 101 Technology Place is a new office complex in North San Jose. It is a mixed-use, high-rise project at 1740 North First St., is an entitled nine-story 245K SF Class-A tower. The project will include window glass and glass fins, aluminum-wrapped columns and aluminum accents.
