An assistant project manager and a licensed California real estate agent, Caleb manages various commercial real estate projects for Borelli Investment Company. Day-to-day functions include brokerage acquisition and sales, asset management, property management, entitlement, development, financial analysis, market research, syndication and project financing, marketing, and more.
Caleb joined Borelli in 2015. Key accomplishments since coming to Borelli include:
• Nearly $150 million in brokerage activities — acquisitions and sales
• Brokerage and entitlement work to develop up to 3,000 residential units on 7.5 acres of property near Diridon Station in San Jose
• Development and entitlement efforts to build 132 flex commercial condominiums on the Monterey Peninsula
• Development and entitlement of Market Park San Jose, a 120-acre transit-oriented development (TOD) in North San Jose — including up to 4,400 residential units, as much as 1.5 million sq. ft. of headquarters-class office space, a 100,000 sq. ft. Safeway-anchored retail center, ground-floor retail and restaurants in the residential and office towers, and 7.5 acres of neighborhood parks
Caleb earned his degree in finance from Santa Clara University — receiving numerous awards and honors for the highest overall GPA among Leavey School of Business graduates. He was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently resides in Willow Glen with his wife, Justine.
