As chief operating officer, Tom is responsible for the day-to-day management of Borelli Investment Company’s broad-based commercial real estate operations — from property management and development to sales and brokerage. His duties involve not only oversight of Borelli’s business activities in various markets in California and Nevada, but also the supervision of key support functions, such as information systems and human resources.
Tom is a long-time Borelli executive, joining the company as an accountant in 1995. He has been actively involved as a partner in many of Borelli’s development projects. These have included a number of office condominiums, most recently, Club Auto Sport — a unique car condo facility as well as club and business and events center, and a 115-room Hilton Garden Inn not far from Ontario International Airport in Fontana, California.
Tom spearheaded the creation of PayablePro.com — a sophisticated information management system Borelli Investment Company uses to streamline its property information system for the company’s large portfolio of properties — both owned and managed for third parties. Before joining Borelli, he was district manager for a national chain of retail video stores.
Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Jose State University. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).
