City of San Jose Presented to Ralph Borelli On June 8, 2005, Ralph Borelli was awarded a Commendation by the City of San Jose. Councilmember David Cortese presented the award to Ralph Borelli at the celebration of the Borelli Investment Company's 50th Anniversary of being in business.
