Market Park San Jose has named Borelli Investment Company to handle leasing at its stunning, modern 101,000 sq. ft. retail center in North San Jose. The Safeway-anchored shopping center is nearing completion in the heart of the 120-acre, $3 billion transit-oriented community, which is integrated with the Berryessa BART station. Carbon Health lands $100M to open 1,500 clinics nationwide by 2025

Wall Street Journal Article Sees America Putting the Brakes on its Driving Love Affair Data doesn’t lie. Americans are driving less, and especially in densely populated, traffic-choked urban areas such as Silicon Valley, we’re enjoying it less as well.
