City of San Jose Presented to Ralph Borelli On June 8, 2005, Ralph Borelli was awarded a Commendation by the City of San Jose. Councilmember David Cortese presented the award to Ralph Borelli at the celebration of the Borelli Investment Company's 50th Anniversary of being in business. The City of San Jose wanted to acknowledge the influence of the Borelli Investment Company upon the city over the past 50 years.
