Mitch joined Borelli Investment Company as a property manager in 2015. He’s responsible for maximizing occupancy rates and maintaining properties for owners the firm serves. His daily tasks and activities include planning and budgeting, showing and leasing vacant units, supervising building maintenance, collecting rents, addressing tenant requests and concerns, using advertising and marketing as needed, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communications with owners and tenants alike.
Mitch joined Borelli from another property management firm, where he was responsible for managing more than 1,800 residential units. He also has experience as a licensed residential real estate agent.
A lifetime resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Mitch attended San Jose State University after graduating from a local high school. He’s married, and he and his wife, CJ, have three children.
